Train & Carriages wind up toy - Collectable Tin Toy

Classic, wind-up engine, with coal tender and passenger carriage. A lovely blue themed engine set. The engine itself is blue with red and yellow details. The coal tender is also blue with red and yellow trimmings, and has L.M.S. (London, Midlands, and Scottish railway) in gold lettering on the side. The carriage is the same colours, and is exactly what you would expect a 1930's carriage to look like. 35cm approx.

All of our tin toys are reproduced using the same manufacturing techniques employed in the mid-19th century. Being somewhat primitive compared to modern manufacturing methods, the toys sometimes have little marks or scratches which add to their authentic quirky nature.
