About Us Jesters is a family run business that have specialised in the retail of quality traditional toys and games for over ten years.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept most credit and debit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, Switch, JCB, Laser, Electron, and Lastschriften (ELV).
We are also able to accept cheques from UK customers. If you wish to pay by cheque, please select "Invoice and payment before delivery" at the checkout, print off the invoice and send it, with your cheque to the address given. |
Shipping And Handling UK delivery is charged at the following rates:
3-5 day delivery £2.99 (please allow up to 5 working days)
24 hour delivery £3.99 (please allow up to 2 working days)
Next working day £6.99 (for orders placed before noon)
Delivery is free of charge for orders over £50
Delivery to other European countries are charged at £12.99. |

When a shopper at our web site fills in the payment form and clicks the submit button, their details are not sent straight away. Returns Policy We operate a "no-quibble" guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 14 days from date of invoice. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

To return an item, please send the item to Jesters, 32 Joseph Wilson Industrial Estate, Whitstable, Kent. CT5 3PS. Please pack the item securely. For your own protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
